Trip to Kanyakumari: Chapter 12: Maruthuva Malai or Marunthuvazh Malai and View Tower: Part 2

After climbing for 5 more minutes we reached at the top of the hill. We found a Saint over there who was reading a book. There was a temple at the top:

After relaxing for a while we went down to the bus stop and got into a bus, which would take us to Kanyakumari. We reached Kanyakumari after half an hour. We had some snacks and after that deiced to see the view tower. The panoramic view of landscape, seashore, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue etc., can be seen from the View Tower. The Visiting hours are from 05.00 A.M. to 07.00 P.M. Entry fee is Rs. 3 for Adults and Rs. 2 for Children.

Then, we waited for the sunset. But we were having a hard luck because of the clouds. You can see in this photo how the cloud covered the sunset view.
